This sector of the industry creates a new building or structure from nothing. Housing, hospitals, schools, offices, warehouses. New Build Contractors can be multinationals or sole traders. They all have the same objective; to complete their project on time, to specification and on budget.

Our job is to help them with this objective by providing value, expertise and reliability. The main contractor often tends to sub contract many of the construction processes; in this case we find that their major hire requirement will be a telescopic forklift which we can provide at a very low rate based on it being on site for a very long time.

Our service is very much a relationship with site; requirements change according to the stage of the job, and we are able to assist with every stage, whether it be providing a machine on a one day hire, waste management, moving containers/big items with our hiab lorry, or a long term hire of a telescopic forklift.
