Lynch introduce ‘fairness, inclusion and respect’ workshops

In November Lynch introduced the 'Employee Assistance Programme' and have since followed this up in December with the introduction of fairness, inclusion and respect workshops.

The initial workshops, which were delivered with the support of a larger client, were designed to ensure attendants think not just about their own day to day responsibilities, but also those of the people around them. The promotion of equality, support and diversity is a positive step towards combating discrimination and encouraging team work within our working environment.

Fairness, inclusion and respect are all aims that Lynch are dedicated to achieving, and it was pleasing to see that the workshops were received so positively by all who were involved.
