Lynch introduces six month graduate rotation scheme

For the first time in the company’s 35 year history, Lynch has introduced a new graduate programme welcoming in three graduates from a variety of backgrounds: Theo Dyson, Design Graduate; Emma Cooray, Sociology Graduate and Nashaa Islam, Business Management graduate.

The programme is based on a six month rotation scheme at their Stanmore head office, which will entail each graduate working individually in six different departments including: Sales, Process and Quality, Marketing, HR/Health and Safety, Accounts and Company Services.

“This is a brilliant opportunity for not only the Company, but for our new graduate employees to develop their professional skills in the working environment” said Rob Lynch. He continued: “The importance of finding the best talent is paramount to the combined success of Lynch plant hire and haulage. To grow through sales is not enough, we need innovation and service excellence to succeed. For that reason the graduate programme will help us achieve this.”

“I am really excited to start this new graduate scheme. It’s a great opportunity for me to learn about the business and further develop my professional working skills. This will really give me a great insight on how the company runs on a day to day basis” commented design graduate Theo Dyson.
