Lynch Operator Awards (Sep – Dec 2016)

September - Paul Fursdon – South West
Paul has been working really hard covering some very remote jobs across the South West. Paul has always had the can do approach to the work and nothing is too difficult and works hard to ensure our customers are happy out on site. A really big well done to Paul!

October - Shane White – Midlands
Shane works as one of our emergency operators for the midlands. Shane has been spending time on major projects filling the gaps and the last minute sickness. Shane spent time on both the A14 and M5 along with the rail project at Bicester.

November - Mitchell Chuter – South East (Apprentice)
Two fitters went off sick from Dartford during November and Mitchell stepped up to the plate and helped by getting the machines ready for hire and some nights staying late to ensure the customers go the equipment in the morning. Mitchell performed outstanding throughout the month and still complete all his college assessments.

December - Petru Bogdan Burbulea – Midlands
Petru has been working in Great Yarmouth for the past few months on a major wind farm project. He has been supporting our contracts Manager and the customer by working late and most weekends to ensure the project comes in on time and within budget.
