Operative of the Month: September 2015

We're delighted to announce that David Brooker has scooped our Operative of the Month award for September.

David has been with Lynch for over eight years and has extensive experience of the plant hire industry, which dates back to the 1960s. He has scooped the monthly title for consistently going the extra mile.

"He always puts everything into his work and has really got us out of some challenging situations recently," explains Liam Moore, Lynch's Assistant Operations Manager.

"For instance, we had an operator no show in a rural area of Norfolk. It was extremely difficult to find cover for this area at short notice. David knew how important the works and the customer were so put himself forward to respond. This involved working away from home for the week on a mission critical project."

David said: "I'm really touched to have been given this award. I believe in giving my role everything, a big thank you to Lynch for presenting me with September's Operative of the Month title."

David has won a glass trophy and a Red Letter Day voucher for a £250 experience of his choice.
