Recognition & Rewards: September 2016

Chris Heyes the senior engineer supporting Depot North West has recently put his negotiation skills to the test and secured racking for the new plant stores, free of charge. By being prudent Chris has saved the business a great deal of money. His efforts are thanked and he is rewarded with a bonus of £150.

Well done Chris and keep up the good work!

Andreas Susanu is the service coded welder in Stanmore supporting major repairs and fabrication to machines, attachments and buckets. He has been awarded Operative of the Month for his dogged and relentless approach to excellence and safety. He battles daily with changing priorities but never has he allowed this to deter him from ensuring his repairs are of the highest quality. Recently he was asked to fabricate a very specialist bucket and despite his immense workload he built it to a very high standard and ahead of time.

He is a very popular member of the Service team and highly respected by all. He goes about his work with ruthless efficiency and can be utterly relied upon. He is cheerful and upbeat and is an outstanding example of someone that understands the importance of teamwork; he is a 'Can Do' person. For his commitment to safety and excellence tied to a first rate work ethic Andreas’ award is richly deserved and one that both Giles O'Sullivan-Wade (National Service Manager) and Sean Hegazey (Stanmore Major Repair Manager) were very proud to present.

Well done Andreas!
