Job Description:

Reporting to the Stores Manager
- To execute the receiving of stock from varied suppliers and dispatching of stock to our engineers
- Ensuring that all deliveries are not damaged, and that everything ordered is present and accounted for.
- Put away received items into allocated location 
- Return unwanted/incorrect stock to suppliers for credit or repairs
- Ensure all stock has part numbers
- Maintain effective stock control at all times
- Complete goods received procedure for stock received from suppliers
- Administer all paperwork and delivery notes as per defined procedures
- Ensure Minimum and Maximum stock thresholds are maintained at all times
- Take part in stock take
- Be methodical and ensure operating procedures for the stores are enforced on all levels
- Clean the storeroom and other assigned areas.
- Perform other duties as requested by the Stores Manager
