Working in partnership with the Construction Industry Training Board at Bircham Newton, Lynch runs apprenticeship courses for young school and college leavers.
One of the first schemes of its kind, it offers aspiring plant operators and plant fitters the opportunity to train with us as apprentices. The scheme runs for two years with time both spent at the CITB training college and real working sites.
