WOW
What a great way to wrap up the year - celebrating not one but two awards received from our valued customer, Balfour Beatty plc. Our team proudly received a TEAM2100 Supply Chain Award for Health, Safety, Environment, and Wellbeing, alongside the Regional Civils Award for Collaboration. These accolades recognise our outstanding efforts on the Canvey Island Sea Wall Revetment Cleaning project.
George Sutch, our Sales Manager, has led this initiative, and his proactive approach and early engagement with the Balfour Beatty teams were instrumental in identifying and addressing potential safety challenges. Recognising the significance of safety enhancements, our team introduced innovative brush attachments and a camera system to revolutionise the cleaning process.
This collaborative effort optimised efficiency and yielded tangible safety benefits, as eliminating the need for manual cleaning on the seawall mitigated risks associated with proximity to machinery and exposure to the sea. Our partnership with Balfour Beatty exemplifies how collective dedication and innovative thinking can significantly enhance safety measures while delivering exceptional results.
Thank you, Balfour Beatty, for a great year. We're looking forward to 2024 and beyond.
