Training
Nothing is more important than our Safety First Mindset, and we're proud to collaborate with our customers to ensure we are all operating safely.
This week, we welcomed Seth Harrison and Craig Leech, safety managers at Balfour Beatty Vinci to our state-of-the-art training centre in Cambridgeshire to showcase our unique training process.
Chris Kent, Operator Trainer, Gareth Davies Marriott, Head of People and Culture, and Nathan Humphrey, Operator Foreman were on hand to go through the process of assessing, inducting and familiarising operators, and how we can ensure that everyone we place gets the best training possible. We're committed to bridging the skills gap, and we spend time nurturing and developing operators to give them the best chance of success on our projects.
We discussed how the whole industry can work together to ensure everyone prioritises safety on site and we can place the best operators for the job.
