Our 27,000L Bell Water Bowser is working hard on the A428 Black Cat to Caxton Gibbet project.
This area of the site has undergone significant cut and fill to create the new road and during the winter, heavy rainfall caused flooding in the cut section. We're now working to drain this area, enabling the site teams to power on with the excavation works.
A new pond has also been created, serving two purposes. It promotes biodiversity on the project and provides a sustainable way to store water. In the summer, this stored water will be reused for dust suppression, supporting the project's environmental goals.
Our Bell bowser, working alongside a fleet of Tractor bowsers, is helping get the job done. It forms part of our £12m investment in Bell UK this year, as we continue to grow our powerful fleet to provide our customers with the best service.
