Last week was an insightful day at the CPA Conference, where Chris Gill took the stage to explore the challenges faced by our industry.
We delved into fleet efficiency, adapting to the evolving market, and customer demands. Addressing the global shift in construction activity, we highlighted the need for agility. We emphasised the critical importance of investing in training and development, underscoring our commitment to upskilling for sustained success. Digital transformation is a key pillar for us, with AI integration in safety systems, including Human Form Recognition Cameras and autobraking trials.
The panel focused on attracting young talent to our industry. Our strategy encompasses targeted outreach, making it an enjoyable experience, and continuous efforts to maintain the happiness and well-being of our team. We are actively fostering a culture that embraces new technology, promotes idea-sharing, and emphasises skills for life.
All in all, it was a successful day of learning and collaboration. We're looking forward to the positive changes ahead!
