We had a great day time celebrating emerging talent at the CPA Stars of the Future Awards! These awards recognise the dedication of our hardworking plant apprentices and trainees over the past year.
Congratulations to Joel Munt: Plant Installer of the Year!
Joel shared how inspired he is by his colleagues and the journey that has taken him from the yard to impressive projects, especially HS2. He enjoys enhancing efficiency through GPS installations and aims to be the best GPS engineer to support his family.
Simon Coleman, Machine Control Manager, noted, "Joel is hardworking and open to feedback, with a positive attitude that helps his colleagues. His training has built a solid foundation, making him a valuable asset to the team."
