We love hearing from our customers, and we recently received great feedback about training at Lynch and Chris Kent, Lynch Assessor, from Balfour Beatty Vinci.
The Health and Safety Team spent a day visiting our state-of-the-art training centre in Cambridgeshire, and Chris Kent spent time showcasing our procedures and talking through how we help our customers and their projects by supplying best-in-class operators.
Chris was able to demonstrate how we not only assess operators, but we upskill them as well. We are passionate about bridging the skills gap. Our dedicated training team is there to spend time with operators, providing them with the knowledge and foundations to build upon throughout their careers. Chris' passion shone through, and we are so proud that this has been recognised by our customers.
The day was so beneficial and Chris' passion was exceptional. He is an ambassador of what mentorship looks and feels like. This was an example of excellence and didn't feel like just a job for Chris - he loves what he does
