Environment
Lynch are pleased to collaborate with our customer Keltbray, whose environmental initiatives see them running regular Fuel Saving Tournaments on-site. Drivers are encouraged to reduce unnecessary idling and use eco mode, reducing fuel usage and increasing air quality for site personnel and local communities. Lynch are pleased to support this, supplying telematic data from our machines and regular Eco Driver training.
Paul Oakley, operating a Komatsu D61 for Lynch, was the most fuel-efficient operator last month, keeping his idling below 13% of run time. We are proud that every operator we place receives Eco Driver training before starting work. This helps us to reach our environmental goals, reducing fuel usage and carbon on our all-important journey to Net Zero by 2040.
