Lynch celebrating LGBTQ+ inclusion this Pride Month

It is the beginning of Pride Month! A month dedicated to acceptance, equality, celebrating the work of LGBTQ+ people, education in LGBTQ+ history and raising awareness of issues affecting the LGBTQ+ community. And this year, Pride is having a special celebration as it turns 50 years old.

Here’s what the Lynch team will be up to in support of Pride Month:

• We will be updating our company logo for the duration of the entire month to showcase our support for the LGBTQ+ community
• We will be supporting Birmingham Pride by attending their inclusive LGBTQ+ festival
• We are already proud members of Building Equality, an alliance of construction workers and institutions passionate about collaboration and harnessing our collective power to drive LGBTQ+ inclusion in the construction, engineering, and built environment industry. We will be promoting our membership by sharing educational resources with our team, further driving fairness, inclusion and respect within our company.
