Our recent investment in machinery takes the form of the fantastic Hitachi ZX350LC-7 CTE (Clamshell Telescopic Excavator) with a maximum vertical digging depth of 25 metres. Built to the same high standards as all Hitachi construction equipment, the ZX350LC-7 CTE has been developed to perfection. The machine has been specifically designed to excavate materials from 25 metres below ground, and load trucks to transport them quickly and safely off site. The machine is equipped with a TRIAS hydraulic system, helping to boost efficiency by increasing the extension and retraction speed of the clamshell telescopic arm. The high-capacity 1.3m3 clamshell bucket has a powerful pull-up force and can load trucks quickly and efficiently using an ejector function.
Our Telescopic Excavators are designed to help our customers to complete underground construction projects both safely and on schedule. They can load trucks quickly and efficiently thanks to the clamshell telescopic arm’s high-speed extension and retraction with a powerful pull-up force. The machines are cost-effective alternatives to using skips, cranes, conveyor belts or long-reach excavators, and can increase productivity on complex and challenging excavation projects.
