HS2
Training
On National Apprenticeship Week 2023, we were excited to attend the Balfour Beatty Vinci Careers event at the South & City College Birmingham to show our commitment to the next generation of the Plant Hire Industry!
Alongside our supply chain partners, we have signed the Apprenticeship Pledge, which sets the target of 5% of our HS2 project workforce being apprentices. This means we can provide opportunities for local people to join our team and start their careers.
Lynch Apprentices work with a leading Plant Hire company on national infrastructure projects, gain an industry-recognised qualification and build valuable skills and experience from experts. We're excited to build the future, providing our apprentices with the skills they need to excel in their construction careers.
