Lynch launch Operator App!

Lynch are pleased to announce the launch of our brand-new Operator App! We’re always looking for new and innovative ways of working, streamlining and enabling greater sustainability, and digitalising our operator processes gives us the potential to do just this.

The new app has been created by our dedicated in-house development team, and centralises and standardises everything that is ‘operator related’. We are digitally transforming and automating:

Onboarding
Compliance
Scheduling
Timesheet recording
Management
…and much more.

We have trialled the app on a busy HS2 site, and have had positive feedback so far. One operator said that “this app has changed how I work, for the better. Gone are the days of trying to keep track of my paper timesheet, or having to call to speak to payroll. Now, I can do everything on the app. This is quick, easy and efficient.”

One of our core strategic pillars is Digital by Default: Using digital to make our customers' and colleagues' lives easier, and using digital solutions to align with our customer’s journey. Our new Operator App is supporting our digital journey and we're excited to roll it out across our entire team!
