Team Lynch is leaving a positive legacy in the communities we serve, spending the day with eight enthusiastic young people from Newman SEND School!
We were privileged to work with SMP Alliance and our customers Costain Group, who we are helping on the M1 J30 in South Yorkshire. We all believe in welcoming individuals from diverse backgrounds into our industry and relish any opportunity to emphasise inclusivity.
Students enjoyed an enriching day, participating in sessions focusing on career prospects in plant and construction. Additionally, we delivered Thumbs Up, Red Zone, and Eco-operator training. At the end of the day, they earned certificates of attendance for their continuous professional development. Seeing the potential and passion displayed by these young adults affirmed our commitment to providing equal opportunities across all sectors.
It is clear that Lynch lives by and delivers on the content of their social responsibility statements. Every one of the students got something from the day.
