Safety First
With a workforce consisting of approximately a third of women, we appreciate the importance of World Menopause Day, marking this with an interactive talk from our guest keynote speaker. We welcomed Liz Clayton-Jones and Catt Golding to our depot, who provided valuable insights and knowledge about menopause and all aspects of female reproductive health. Her talk is a significant step towards breaking barriers and promoting Equality, Diversity, and Inclusivity (EDI) across our entire business.
We are committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for all our team members, regardless of the life stage they're in, and we acknowledge the unique challenges and experiences they may face. Together, we can create a more understanding and compassionate work environment that empowers everyone to thrive, contributing to our commitment to inclusivity in every aspect of our operations.
