Lynch was delighted to help Skanska Costain STRABAG Joint Venture (SCS JV) transport 20 benches donated to the Llanelli & Mynydd Mawr Railway Company.
The railway opened to the public in 2017 and has hosted many events and open days. They welcome members of the local community to come and learn about the history of the railway. They are constantly improving their site and facilities, offering longer train rides, with the ultimate goal of extending the old rail line and opening this to the public.
SCS JV had donated the benches for the charity to use at their heritage centre but couldn't fit them on a van. We were happy to help, sending our Transport Team to collect the benches from Euston and move them to West Wales. We know they will be put to good use by the railway.
