We've received outstanding feedback from CMDP site teams
We organised training with Lynch Plant Hire for our operatives, office team, and Southern Water site operators. It was an interactive session, especially for those who don’t normally get the chance to get up close to the plant. Some even got inside the machines to see what it’s like. Lynch also provided Red Zone training, helping us understand the importance of plant exclusion zones and safe working around machinery. It was great to have the client involved, showing the strong collaboration we have with Southern Water at Testwood Works.
