David joined Team Lynch in 2011 and he has shown a passion for his work, and a can-do attitude throughout his journey so far.
He has been a key part of many different departments, including Compliance, gaining FORS silver and assisting into Gold, Recruitment and recently Training, and has contributed to the companies’ successes over the years. He is always happy to help the team and share his knowledge and expertise to help get it right first time.
More recently, he has been overseeing our new CITB (ITC) Internet Test Centre, making sure we follow procedures and policy and fully compliant so we can deliver the process for CITB CSCS Tests to our Lynch workforce. All this helps us to realise our vision of being the best!
As well as this... he administers the Lynch Fantasy Football league which is also in its tenth season!
