As part of our Careers in Plant Scheme, four individuals are currently undergoing intensive Plant Training with the Lynch Team at a dedicated centre in Birmingham.
Merrill Lynch, Director, visited the centre and was able to meet all the recruits and trainers, and watch them in action.
We are impressed with how the new recruits have been performing in their training so far. They have demonstrated that they are mechanically minded, and they have shown a real can-do attitude and enthusiasm for learning. We are excited to see what the future holds for these individuals once they finish the training.
Merrill Lynch - Director
It is great to see these individuals progressing through their training. We would like to thank RMF Group, our training provider, for their support.
