Earlier this year, in collaboration with HS2 Site Managers, Lynch began running HVO Fuel on a number of Scania 8 Wheel Tipper Lorries. These have been moving material to and from HS2 sites, helping us reduce our environmental impact and step forward in our sustainability journey. HVO (Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil) Fuel comes from 100% renewable sources and has many green benefits, including a reduction in fossil fuel emissions.
Our Tippers have covered over 20,000 miles running on HVO Fuel, which resulted in:
